If you do not feel that The Laundromat Deal Kit gives you a clearer, more structured way to evaluate a laundromat acquisition, request a refund within 30 days of your purchase.
You do not need to prove that the laundromat itself was a bad deal.
How to Request a Refund
Email support@laundromatdealiq.com within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date.

Deal Kit Refund Request
Include the email address used at checkout so we can locate and verify the transaction. A short request is sufficient; you are not required to write a detailed explanation.
What Happens After Approval
Approved refunds are submitted to the original payment method through our payment processor.
Once submitted, the time required for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank, card issuer and payment method and is outside our direct control.
Digital Product Access After a Refund
If a purchase is refunded, your license to use the Deal Kit ends. You should discontinue use of the files and may not redistribute, resell or continue distributing copies of the product.
Duplicate Charges and Delivery Problems
If you were charged more than once for the same purchase, or if payment succeeded but you did not receive access to the product, contact support@laundromatdealiq.com. We will review the transaction and correct the issue when appropriate.
Abuse and Unauthorized Distribution
The 30-Day Clarity Guarantee is intended to let genuine purchasers evaluate the usefulness of the product without taking unnecessary risk.
We reserve the right, to the extent permitted by law, to investigate clear evidence of fraud, repeated refund abuse, unauthorized resale or deliberate public redistribution of the product.
Mandatory Consumer Rights
This policy is intended to supplement, not waive, consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
