These Terms of Use & Sale (“Terms”) govern your use of laundromatdealiq.com and your purchase and use of digital products offered by Laundromat Deal IQ.

By accessing the website or purchasing The Laundromat Deal Kit, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the product.

1. The Product

The Laundromat Deal Kit is a downloadable educational acquisition-analysis system. The current version may include an Excel financial-analysis workbook together with buyer guides, due-diligence checklists and supporting worksheets.

The product is provided digitally. No physical item will be shipped.

2. Price and Payment

The price shown on the sales page is the applicable offer price before any taxes or currency localization that may apply at checkout. Stripe may display an authorized local-currency price depending on your location and payment method.

The final transaction currency, amount and any applicable taxes will be shown in Stripe Checkout before you authorize payment.

The Laundromat Deal Kit is currently sold as a one-time purchase. It is not a recurring subscription unless a future offer expressly states otherwise.

3. Digital Delivery

After successful payment verification, access to the digital product is provided through a secure download process and may also be sent to the email address used at checkout.

Secure download links may expire and may be limited in the number of download attempts. If a valid purchaser loses access before saving the files, contact support@laundromatdealiq.com and we will review the transaction and, where appropriate, reissue access.

4. Personal-Use License

Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Deal Kit for your own personal or internal business acquisition analysis.

You may:

• download and retain the files for your own use;
• create separate copies of the Analyzer to evaluate multiple laundromat opportunities for yourself or your own organization;
• print supporting worksheets for your own acquisition process; and
• share limited outputs from your analysis with your own professional advisers when reasonably necessary to evaluate your transaction.

You may not:

• resell or sublicense the files;
• upload the product to a public or shared download repository;
• distribute copies as a template or free resource;
• sell analysis services primarily by distributing our proprietary files to third parties;
• remove copyright or proprietary notices for the purpose of claiming the materials as your own; or
• reverse-engineer or reproduce the product for commercial resale.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the website content, Deal Kit structure, worksheets, written materials, original spreadsheet design and related branding are owned by or licensed to Laundromat Deal IQ and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

6. Educational Purpose Only

The website and Deal Kit are educational and analytical resources. They do not constitute investment advice, financial advice, legal advice, tax advice, accounting advice, lending approval, an appraisal, a fairness opinion, an engineering inspection or a mechanical inspection.

You remain responsible for verifying the information used in your analysis and for obtaining qualified professional advice appropriate to your transaction.

7. No Guarantee of Investment Results

Purchasing or using the Deal Kit does not guarantee that a laundromat acquisition will be profitable, obtain financing, maintain revenue, achieve a particular valuation or produce any specific return.

Business acquisitions involve risk. Seller information may be incomplete or inaccurate, market conditions can change, equipment can fail and lease, financing, regulatory and operating conditions can materially affect results.

8. Assumptions and Third-Party Information

Some calculations, benchmarks and examples may rely on historical transaction information, third-party sources, user-entered assumptions or illustrative data. Historical results are not guarantees of future performance.

You are responsible for replacing sample data with information specific to the deal you are evaluating.

9. Software Compatibility

Microsoft Excel is the recommended environment for the Deal Analyzer. We do not guarantee identical functionality in every spreadsheet application, device, browser, operating system or future software version.

10. Refunds

Purchases of The Laundromat Deal Kit are covered by our 30-Day Clarity Guarantee, described in our Refund Policy. The Refund Policy forms part of these Terms.

11. Prohibited Use

You may not use the website or product in a manner that violates applicable law, infringes intellectual-property rights, attempts to defeat access controls, interferes with website security or facilitates fraudulent or deceptive activity.

12. Availability and Updates

We may update, correct or improve the website and Deal Kit from time to time. Unless expressly promised as part of an offer, your purchase does not create a perpetual obligation for us to provide future features, new editions, consulting, software hosting or personalized support.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Laundromat Deal IQ will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or investment losses resulting from reliance on the website, calculations, templates or information contained in the Deal Kit.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability relating to your purchase of the Deal Kit will not exceed the amount you paid for that purchase.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Mexico, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights that may apply to a purchaser under applicable law.

To the extent legally permitted, disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be subject to the competent courts of Jalisco, Mexico.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will apply prospectively from the date the updated version is posted unless applicable law requires otherwise.
